Project Difficulties

Warehouse Density Upgrade
Part of the floor stacking space is upgraded to a narrow aisle storage space with a shelf height of 13.5m and an aisle width of only 1.75m, and at the same time the Very Narrow Aisle Turret Truck with a lift of 13.5m is used to cooperate with the operation. The vertical storage capacity of the warehouse has been increased, and the amount of storage space has been increased by an additional 70%, easily solving the problem of warehouse explosion.
Accurate and efficient inbound and outbound storage
Very Narrow Aisle Turret Truck was equipped with RFID tagging technology, and the client was advised to introduce a professional WMS warehouse management system to refine the management of storage information so that forklift operators can quickly and accurately locate the position of goods.
Very Narrow Aisle Turret Truck is equipped with a three-way electric fork head as standard, which takes less than 10s to complete a 180° rotation of the fork in the aisle. The efficiency of accessing goods rises sharply. With these two technologies, the efficiency of order entry and exit is dramatically improved.
