Our Story
Industrial Trucks Group was established in 2005. The factory is located at Industry Investment Industrial Park,Shucheng, Lu’an, Anhui Province, China. EffiFork is the English trademark. The company is a national high-tech enterprise which has been awarded the title of national intellectual property superiority enterprise and it has its own engineering technology research and development centre.
EffiFork has comprehensive compliance with the ISO9001 quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system, and ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system.
EffiFork is an forklifts manufacturer whose main products are industrial vehicles. The leading products are Double Deep Reach Trucks, VNA Forklifts, Multi-Directional Reach Trucks, Electric Lifting Stacker, Electric Towing Tractors, Electric Pallet Truck and OEM/ODM. EffiFork not only provides the machines but also provides the full set of material handling solutions.

Factory & Production Line & Test Line
We have separate areas for welding, grinding, and sawing. With over 25 years of rich experience in producing machinery and nearly 40 sets of various advanced equipment, such as welding robots, CNC laser cutting machines, CNC processing centers, and bending machines, EffiFork is the only warehouse equipment manufacturer in China for whom has the same level of this coating line with Germany European brands.
In EffiFork’s 2 factories, we have 6 assembly lines, the production line can accommodate nearly 300 units of equipment for online assembly at the same time, and our assembly process can be divided into approximately 36 steps, each assembly consisting of 8 workstations. After the orders are arranged on the line, they will go through the drive, hydraulic, electrical components, covering parts, equipment debugging, finished product inspection, factory inspection, packing, and shipping, quality should be well accepted according to our defined process.
In 2023, EffiFork annual output has already exceeded 10000 units, it is predicted that until 2026, this number will be twice as much as now.
EffiFork has 2 forklift testing lines to test the various performance indicators of the completed forklifts, and each test data will be recorded, test involves a dynamical system, transmission, driving, steering, braking, electrical appliances, and the most important safety measures.
EffiFork has established a large spare parts warehouse to convey a bunch of parts to the assembly line, as well as fast after-sales three-guarantee accessory distribution.
